Commercial Terms:

1. The above is CIF Jakarta Port, Indonesia price.

2. Payment Term: 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% paid before delivery by T/T.
3. Delivery Time: within 10 working days after receiving payment.
4. Packing: Before delivery, the equipment is treated for anti-corrosion. Small parts and
electric motor will be put into wooden cases; while the large parts are in nude.
5. Warranty: The guarantee period is one year, excluding tear and wear parts.

6. Installation and commissioning: After receiving the payment, the seller will provide
operation manual and foundation drawing to the buyer. If the buyer requires, the seller shall
send one or two technician to direct installation, commissioning, trial-run, and training local
workers. The buyer is responsible for board and lodging, return tickets, safety of technician.
In addition, the buyer is responsible for technician’s salary, 80USDper day per person.

7. Validity: The quotation is valid for 30 days.
