Operating Principle

1. Solids enter grinders through open channel.

A、summary
1、sewage muncher/grinder include：cutting blade、gasket、shaft、bearing、
seal ring、side wall、chassis 、foundation support、reducer and motor。
2 、 Crushing blade designed for double shaft ， Should be able to run
continuously in the wet/dry condition，Cutting blades and gasket is monolithic
separate。
3、Two levels of independent cutting blades and gasket installed on two
parallel to the axis ， overlap ， realizing spiral cutting. Driven shaft under the
driving of the drive shaft to two-thirds of the drive shaft rotation speed against
relative to rotate.

B、structure
1、Independent of the cutter blade and gasket
a.Cutting blades and gasket with 4140 alloy steel heat treatment，Surface
grinding evenly and hardening treatment to minimum 48 to 55 HRC。
B.cutter and gasket inner bore assume hexagonal hole ， Horizontal
clearance between shaft not more than 0.38 mm，to ensure the cutters normal
driving，reduce wear and increase the pressure of the gasket.
c.Cutter and blade subassembly respectively installed on the two axes of
11 teeth.the height gear teeth shall not exceed root tooth diameter of 13 mm，
to ensure the particle cut size.Gear teeth coincide in between 1.6 mm and 6
mm，really effect highest efficiency and minimum friction loss.
d.At the peak load of moment ， minimum pressure of cutter tooth
top :8737N/kW。
2、shaft
a.Biaxial crushing blade subassembly of driving shaft and driven shaft
made by 4140 heat treatment of the hexagonal steel，the stretching tension is
not less than1027kPa。
b.Diameter of axle for tach hexagonal shaft is 51 mm。
3、middle supporting shaft

a.Cutting blades subassembly in the group with shaft support

bearing,Intermediate shaft bearing provides additional support to deal with
more than normal large inflows，At the same time protect the sealing device.
b.Intermediate shaft bearing made by a cast of 304 stainless steel ring
and two bush.Bush as a bearing here，make shaft rotate freely.
4、Bearing and sealing
a.Driving shaft of subassembly and driven shaft has a sealed、big 、deep
groove ball bearing in each end，make the shaft can withstand the axial and
radial pressure.

b.The shaft are protected by bearing sleeve which composed with

replaceable crankshaft and mechanical seal .
c. The sealing surface is tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide.
d.O-rings made by BUNA N nitrile rubber .
e.Adapted to the continuous working load of the 620 kpa mechanical
seal.Mechanical seal need not lubricate and clean up regularly and
irregularly ,bearing installed in a replaceable bearing sleeve ，it support and
rang bearing and seal， at the same time protect the shaft and base.Sealing
and cutting the subassembly are relatively independent，So the subassembly
of elastic does not affect the sealing performance.
g.The seal can withstand pressure requirements of cutter subassembly in
any situation. Independent seal design provide protection for axial protection of
shaft and protection of bearing in axial deviation.
h.Every seal surface ensure the active rotation on the surface of the
rotating and absolute lock on the surface of t the stationary .
7、The base and chassis
Shattered type grille base and chassis made of ductile iron casting.
8、reducer
a.Sufficient lubrication of planet reducer can be used for severe vibration
environment,with 500% of shock absorption ability，Reduction ratio 41.5：1.
b.Input shaft of reducer is connected by three jaw coupling and
motor,output shaft coupling is connected by two claw coupling and grinder .
9、Motor
a. Use IP68 submersible and anti-explosion motor ，When it is exposed
to the air motor can be normal use，When submerged in water also can be
normal used very well.
b.Coefficient of motor service is 1.15.At full capacity，The efficiency factor
of no less than 85%，the power factor of no less than 80%.
