SALES CONDITION
1. Payment: T/T 30% down payment, the balance to be paid before shipment
2. Delivery Time: 60 days after receipt down payment
3. Documents (in English): foundation drawing, layout drawing, circuit diagram,
layout of
water pipelines and operation manual, etc
4. Inspection: Buyer can inspect the machine in our factory before delivery
5. Operation training: Buyer’s operator training in our factory is free
6. Installation: 2-3 engineers will be dispatched to Buyer’s factory for installation and
test running. The engineers will train the operation and maintenance online when
installation. The round trip tickets, accommodation and local transportation shall be
covered by Buyer and pay $80 allowance per day per person. Work period is about
20 days.
7. Warranty: Seller guarantees one year warranty. Any failure or damage caused by
design or manufacturing imperfection Seller shall be responsible for repair and
change for damage part.

6．Back Gauge Device

1. This machine uses a reduction motor to drive the screw rod to move
forward and backward to achieve the positioning of the back gauge.
2. The rear blanking device includes a reduction motor, a rear blanking
assembly (consisting of a frame, a guide rail, a light bar, etc.), a blanking plate, a
synchronization rod, etc. The numerical control system controls the reduction motor
to drive the lead screw to rotate, and the linear movement through the guide rail drives
the backstop components to move back and forth, so as to realize the automatic
positioning of the backstop with reliable positioning accuracy.

 7．Machine Tool Electrical System
The electrical components of this machine tool use OMRON and Schneider
electric devices. The electric control cabinet is manufactured by the professional
manufacturer Nanjing Estun Company and adopts the latest button station form. It
adopts three-phase 380V and 50HZ power supply. The control circuit is provided with
AC 220V and 50Hz power by the control transformer. The regulated power supply
provides regulated DC24V to the numerical control system and bridge rectifier circuit.
The machine is operated with a removable foot switch and has an emergency stop
function.

The upper and lower blades of this machine tool are made of 6CrW2Si material.
This material is a type of steel formed by adding a certain amount of tungsten to
chrome-silicon steel, because tungsten helps to save relatively fine grains during
quenching, and To obtain higher toughness in the tempered state. 6CrW2Si steel has
higher quenching hardness and certain high temperature strength and higher
tempering stability than other commonly used blade steels, and has the characteristics
