MP Series Hot Forging Press

a) With combination type frame and hydraulic nut preloaded, can solve
the over load problem easily;
b) With high inertia fly wheel, suitable for forging and extrusion;
c) With 2 support point connection rod and long guide rail, which is good
for unbalance loading, suitable to equipped with robots and other
automatic line, perfect meeting the requirements of multi-station
forging process;
d) High speed slide movement, short contacting time with mould and
material, increase the lift of mould;
e) Adopt X shape guide rail, the heat sensitive of the guide rail is low;
f) The die set height is adjustable by motor automatically;
g) The clutch-brake adopts pneumatic floating block structure;
h) There are functions such as lubrication monitor, tonnage monitor, bush
temperature monitor, failure monitor, crank angle detection and system
