Total price (excluding VAT 10%) : 1.490.000.000 VND

10% VAT: 149.000.000 VND
Total price (including VAT 10%): 1.639.000.000 VND

Options:
1. 2 cement silos, 60T capacity per each: 462.000.000 VND (including 10% VAT)
2. 3 aggregate bins, 36m3 capacity, including storage hopper, weighing hopper, horizontal
conveyor belt: 404.800.000 VND (including 10% VAT)

Payment terms:
Payment will be transferred partially as below:
The 1st payment: 30% of total order value after signing contract.
The 2nd payment: 50% of total order value after receiving delivery announcement.
The 3rd payment: 20% after installation and acceptance.

Delivery time:
• 50 working days from the date of deposit receipt .

Installation time:
• 10 days

Job site:
• Within 100kms from Ho Chi Minh City.

Warranty:
• 12 months from the date of Acceptance or 14 months from the date of goods delivery,
whichever occurring first.

Installation:
• We shall appoint our technician to install and instruct your operator to operate and
maintain equipment within continuous 30 days.
• Customer supplies electricity and water at the job site for installation and supplies
materials for plant trial run.
• Customer designs and execute foundation by himself according to drawings of position
and loading capacity provided by HTEN.

Service after sale:
• 01-year-warranty of plant: We shall appoint our technician to inspect the plant every
month.
• In case there is a problem with the plant, our technician shall be present within 8 hours to
repair.
• After warranty period: We shall appoint our technician to support if any requests and the
costs shall be born by customer.

Offer validity: The offer shall be valid within 30 days from the date of issue.
