SCOPE OF WORK
1. Preparation of Corrosion abrasive Resistance treatment through Sand Blasting of all Steel Surface and
a coat of Epoxy Primer.
2. All Iron and Steel Materials incorporated in the contract would be procured from reputed Indian
manufacturers as Jindal Steel, Steel Authority of India, etc.
3. All Electric motors supplied will be of Crompton Greaves, Siemens, etc.
4. The customer may choose by its own, for construction of Workshop Shed and Civil work. While the

drawings and layout of the shed and Civil work will be provided by Green Bricks Equipment and
Machinery, Pune
5. We have included the costs of Slurry tank, Silos, Screw Conveyor in the quotation for preparation and
storage and conveying of SAND which can be excluded from the Quotation above, if the interested
customer do not want to use SAND as ingredient for the manufacture of AAC Blocks.
We would suggest that, SAND being the important ingredients in the mix plan, the customer can or
may arrange river SAND of 300 mesh fine quality from any other source. In this case, we need not have
install the machinery under 2. Raw Material Host Machinery (For Sand Grinding to 300 mesh).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

1. The above rates offered are ex-works, GBEM, Pune
2. The Taxes and Levies, Duties laid by the Government will be charged as actual, at the time
of supply and raising Invoice.
3. Transport contractor will be arranged by us on your behalf, if advised. The transport charge
will be charged as actuals.
4. Transit insurance charges will be borne by the customer
TAXES AND DUTIES (Present Prevailing Rates}
1. Goods & Service Tax @18%
PAYMENTS
1. A token advance of 10% of the quotation value agreed upon between both sides along
with a valid Purchase Order.
2. 60% Advance within 10 working days from the date of Receipt of Purchase Order.
3. Balance 30% on Raising of Proforma Invoice amounting to Gross 100% FULL PAYMENTS
INCLUDING ALL TAXES AND DUTIES LEVIED.

The payments towards the cost of Installation of Plant and Machinery and other charges
4. agreed upon will be collected on a weekly/ Daily basis at the site of Installation for running
payments.
