Analysis:

The company’s main course of recruitment is through newspaper. Company mainly depends
on newspaper to inform the candidates about recruitment.

Analysis:

From above graph we get to know that the organization has 90% employees who are graduated
and 10% of the employees are post graduates.

Analysis: From the above table we get to know that the organization has 8% employees who
are less than 25 years of age (M=6 and F=2). 20% of the employees are 25-30 years of age
(M=14 and f=6).The majority of employees i.e. 48% are 30-35 years of age (M=35 and
F=13).20% of the employees fall in the 35-40 years slot (M=14 and F=6). Only 4% of the
employees are above 40 years of age (M=3 and F=1).

INTERPRETATION:
As per the analysis, the organization has majority employees within the 30-35 years age slot.

Analysis: From the above table we get to know that 8% of the employees in the organization
have been working less than a year(M=6 and F=2). 16% of the employees have been working
since 1-3 years (M=12 and F=4). The majority of the employees i.e. 48% have been working
since 3-5 years (M=35 and F=15). 20% of the employees are working since 5-8 years.. 8%
of the employees have been working since more than eight years.

INTERPRETATION:
As per the above analysis, majority employees have been working since 3-5 years in the
organization.

Analysis: From the above table we get to know that 4% of the employees underwent
Aptitude Tests before being hired in the organization (M=3 and F=1). 12% of the employees
underwent group discussions. 4% of the employees underwent Brainstorming sessions. The
majority of the employees underwent interviews i.e. 76%Only 4% of the employees
underwent Situational Tests (M=3 and F=1).

INTERPRETATION:
As per the above analysis, the organization conducts interviews mostly as a method of selection
of employees.
