To whom it may concern:

Re; Marissa Lambert

I’m writing on behalf of my fabulous Teacher’s Assistant, Marissa Lambert. She was awesome
and very attentive to the needs in our classroom for 2 &1/2 years. Her specialty seemed to be
anticipating my needs as the classroom Special Education Teacher and keeping us on task with
what was coming up. However, she also excelled at caring and empathy when working with
individual students in a very challenging room of special needs students. She graciously made
sure that I stayed on task with my plans, as well as, keeping the student’s needs in mind, as well.

She often had very supportive suggestions to help particular student’s curricular and behavioral
needs to make sure our classroom culture went smoothly. Marissa seemed to have an uncommon
and uncanny ability to anticipate and take initiative to correct problems in student’ relationships,
such as moving desks to prevent conflicts from starting.

I would highly recommend her, not only for a teaching career, but any career working with
people and administrating the needs of a group. Her sympathy, rather her empathy runs deep and
is a terrific character trait which she owns and uses quite well.

If you have further questions which I can answer as you consider her joining your team, please
