Greenfield, MA

In July of 2010 Pete Eyre & Ademo Freeman traveled to Greenfield, MA to bailout a friend accused of a victimless offense. While there the pair videotaped the exchange. They were arrested by Todd M. Dodge of the Greenfield PD, held overnight in jail, and charged with eight offenses, including three felonies. The documents in this collection are arranged in chronological order. Over a year after the arrest and after repeated plea deal attempts by prosecutor Greg Muller and many charges being dismissed, Eyre & Freeman were found "not guilty" in a jury trial.
