PowerPoint is a presentation software package.
With PowerPoint, you can easily create slide
shows. Trainers and other presenters use slide
shows to illustrate their presentations
PowerPoint one of the four major application in
Ms Office (Ms Word, Ms excel, Ms Access are the
other three) PowerPoint enable us to create a
professional presentation without relaying on
others. Then it lets you to deliver that
presentation that in a variety of ways you can
show the presentation on the computer.

presentations through e-mail, the web and even
the printed page.
PowerPoint is also a great platform for presenting
pictures and charts which plays into the old
adage that a picture is worth a thousand words.
