Set Priorities
1.

Identify those villages who have not completed 1st cycle of CIF yet, and set follow up Plan for these Vos. Divide reasonable task with in team at SMU level and evaluate performance on individual basis Follow up of Follow up for CIF recovery Conduct routine meetings with Cos. (Dont focus only on VO meetings). Saving will increase with CO meetings Update Cos/Vos and Cif/IGG record specially at SMU thul and Gharhi Hassan. (individual CIF/IGG appraisals must be attached in VO file at office level Give re-orientation to VO book keeper for proper maintenance of field record Proper allocation of Human Resources (Transfer one S.O from Sheran Pur to JCD unit as JCD team is incomplete. Must have 2 contacts number of every VO Consider every VO as Model VO and update office/field level record as per shared check list.
