 Complete alumni database

 Invite all alumni to a high level meeting
 Outstanding figure (s) must be presented at
the occasion
 Embrace & Engage: discuss on how to work
together , convince the alumni to the formation of a
network
 Create a sense of ownership: form a steering
committee to draft the concept paper including the
objectives & the structure and to actively run the
network by having a regular meetings especially in
the beginning.
