INTRODUCTION
The ICT Training Workshop, comprising two enlightening sessions (Session 1 and Session 2), was
meticulously organized and presented by Mr. Sharath RV on August 23, 2023, within the confines of the
Admin Block at Jamia. The overarching objective of these sessions was to empower participants with
indispensable ICT competencies, to better serve both their educational and professional pursuits.
CONTENTS
Session 1: Connecting a Projector for Presentation

The inaugural session commenced with an in-depth exploration of the mechanics involved in setting up
and configuring a projector for optimal presentations. Mr. Sharath RV carefully elucidated the
significance of precision in connections and the vital role of proper configuration settings in ensuring a
seamless and impactful projection experience.Participants were led through a step-by-step process,
which encompassed cable connections, resolution settings, and troubleshooting common issues. The
practical nature of this session allowed attendees to gain hands-on experience in connecting and
operating projectors effectively.
Session 2: Preparing a Blog

The second session centered on the art of blog creation. Participants embarked on a journey to
understand the intricacies of planning, composing, and proficiently managing a blog. Mr. Sharath RV, an

Session 3: Preparation of E-book Using Canva App

Session 3 introduced participants to the world of e-book creation through the utilization of the Canva
application. The session showcased Canva's user-friendly interface and its diverse range of features for
crafting visually striking e-books.Under Mr. Sharath RV's guidance, attendees learned the art of effective
e-book design, emphasizing the importance of layout, imagery, and typography. Practical exercises
allowed participants to create their own e-books, thereby gaining practical experience with this valuable

Session 4: Exploring Scribd.com

The final session was dedicated to exploring Scribd.com, an online platform for document sharing and
