Major Findings of the Campaign:



Due to network problem we have lost at least 40%-50% new
customer during the campaign period. Most of the customers went back just because of they couldnt complete the registration process.

Take a lot of time for registration almost 20-30 minute per customer. Customer as well as agent have annoyed for this delayed service. Server performance need to develop otherwise it will be hampered

our brand image and upcoming customers opportunity.
