RECEIPT AND STORAGE OF MATERIALS ERECTION OF MAX PANELS COMMISSIONING OF MAX PANELS SIGNAL CONDITIONING PUTTING SYSTEM IN AUTO LOOP ATTENDING OTHER SERVICE CALLS
Storage Requirements
Dry (no dampness). Provided with dehumidifiers. Provided with room heaters to raise the temperature to prevent condensation of moisture during high humid condition. Well ventilated to avoid condensation of water, mould formation and ingress of Vermin.
Storage Requirements
Protected from rain, dripping water, dust, sand and corrosive gases. Accessible for fork lifter trucks/easy transports. Proper Illumination. Flooring hard enough to withstand the load. Protected from insects/vermin/rats e.t.c.
Erection Guidelines
Civil and Mechanical Clearance External Inspection for presence of any Physical damage Storage -4F (-20C) to 140F (60C) Operating 32F (0C) to 104F (40C) Relative humidity should be maintained between 35 percent and 50 percent with no more than 6 percent per hour variation
Erection Guidelines
All system grounding connections to the reference ground must be isolated from non-MAX equipment and Plant Lightning Protection Subsystem CT/PT Neutrals brought into the panel needing earthing shall be connected to station earth/panel body earth
Erection Guidelines
It is advisable to run power wires separate from signal wires Twisted pair cables for analog signals. Shields of analog signal cable to be earthed at one end only, preferably at shield ground bus in MAX panel The Panel earth bus bar to be connected to reference ground
Ensure that the earthing connections are as per BHEL EDN drawings No mix-up shall be there between signal, shield and 0V wiring All internal wiring is OK and as per the drawings supplied
Ensure proper distribution of supply to individual racks as per power supply distribution diagram Ensure all breakers are in OFF condition (supply is not getting extended) Remove all connectors from front end plate of I/O modules
Check jumpers and address on the modules IOP301- Isolated analog input,16 channels IOP303- RTD input, 8 channels IOP304- Thermocouple/emf input, 16 channels IOP305- Voltage common input, 16 channels
IOP320- 4-20 mA common output, 8 channels IOP330- 24 Vdc common input, 16 channels IOP351- Relay Output, 16 channels Ensure Ribbon cable is connected as per the drawing(SFD)
Both the feeders should be connected to battery charger Switch on the feeder supply from the charger panel for the maxDNA panel to be charged
Ensure that 24 V power supply (incoming) at the terminals of individual panels (both feeders)
Nominal voltage Variation
: 24 V DC : 23 V to 28.5 V
Switch on Feeders of maxDNA panel one by one and check the voltage as per the distribution diagram
