Following options are suggested
1. Whole process can be done by single person.
Second person can do the same process separately,
thus increasing production
2. Single clamp jigs can be provided to reduce the
clamping time
3. Loading and unloading can be push + gravity
operated
4. Provide proper sitting/ standing facility
5. Hang the drills, thus eliminating need for movement
6. Provide facility for loading more than one job
