Modulation agility is neither available for 2 E1 (4 QAM only) nor for 32 E1 (16 QAM
only) due to spectrum width used in these radios.
Capacity and modulation choices are available depending on the Licence Key
located inside the flash card. Limitations in combo boxes do not apply in the
wizard.
