As per project demand, 2015 year ending PAC target was too high. Due to high PAC target ,1300 site have to be P
AT done by dec15 and PAT Passed 1157 where almost half sites was issue constraint and most of them for inven
tory clearance , and the inventory clearance amount was 1.3 M.

As already Remote PAT introduced very 1st time in MEGA project , it was quite difficult to get output from
our SP in the beginning.
As already I have taken the training on ISD Remote PAT acceptance , implemented how to conduct rectifi
cation & remote PAT by ISD acceptance system and get better output comparing last year achievement .
