Measuring Ingredients
Measuring Liquid Ingredients:
Place measuring cup on level surface.
Avoid lifting the cup to read
measurement, this will tilt and give you an
incorrect amount.
Once the measuring cup is on a level
surface add the liquid you wish to
measure.
Read the level of the liquid by bending
down so that the measuring cup is at eye
level.
Do not measure over liquid over
measuring bowl as this might spill in bowl
giving you more liquid than you need.

ingredients as this determine the overall quality of you
final product; which could result in you having too much
