Inplant training @ Pricol Ltd.

The inplant training programme at Pricol Ltd was very informative and
educative. I could gather detailed knowledge on the design part and the
manufacturing part of a product.
The major areas which we covered during these nine days are:

Telematics control unit (TCU)

Body control module (BCM)

Clusters

Electric fuel pump

Engineering specifications

In the production department, we got exposure on the making of a product i.e

making a design into a product and the necessary process that are undergone
for the same.

Apart from this , we were also given an opportunity to update ourselves

with the technologies used in the manufacturing department.
Fuel level sensors, temperature sensors, speed sensors are few of the
products manufactured. The productons of clusters were another area
where we could know about the robotic mechanisms and machines used for
the making of the same.
As a whole , this programme was a very effective one , in terms of the
knowledge acquired and the on the hands on experiences which we had.
As a part of the training , I was provided with complete technical knowledge
and hands on training in the design and production department. I was
given exposure to all areas of production lines and the testing labs as well.
Overall it was an educative and pleasant experience for me.
