Aeromexico was making a publicitary
campaign so they hired CATATONIA,
Catatonia is a marketing company that
makes campaign for various other
enterpresies.

FACTS: Casting
Aeromexico was looking for white, with a
POLANCO look means with fresh, clean,
handsome, with high economic standars
people for various commercials to promote
the company.

KEY ISSUES:
People of all kind went to offices of CATATONIA
to audition for the part in the commercials.
Aeromexico blame catatonia for the casting.
Catatonia was looking for very specific kind of
people, being racisist and discriminatory with
the others.

ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF
ACTION THAT COULD BE TAKEN:
Aeromexico should apologies to every actor
who went to the cast and so as catatonia.
Give everyone an opportunity to audition
for the marketing campaign
Star other marketing campaigns involving
people of all kind.

CONCLUSION.

We think that both Catatonia and

Aeromexico should make a public
declaration, apologizing to the persons who
where discriminated and offended.
They should call people to make auditions
once again and give opportunities to
everybody.
