WHAT IS A MANAGER
A manager is a person that is above the employees who is
suppose to keep his workers on task and meeting his or hers
expectations.

A person who leads or helps direct a group of people

Makes sure everyone is on task

Has everyone going in the right direction

Gets the right people on the right tasks

Leads by example

Cares about reaching the final goal with his

whole team

Makes sure dead lines are met

LEADER?
I believe a manager needs to be a leader because

Nobody will takes them seriously

People wont see him as a person of authority

You need to be able to lead your team in the right

direction

Leaders help the entire group move forward

together and doesnt leave anyone behind

Helps solve group issues and conflicts

MANAGERS + LEADERS

Leads his team of guards to form a union

Gives them advice and helps them reach there

end goal

Encourages them to do there best

I dont believe that a leader needs to be a
manager because

You dont need a title to be a leader

Anyone can be a leader

Jeff Winger is a leader of his group of

friends as explained in previous slides. He
helps motivate and encourage them as a
manager would except its just his group of
friends
