Introduction

In the face of increasing competition from non-banks, cost

pressures, and proliferating product environments, banks
today must constantly evolve their operating models. This
includes an increase in investment in modern core banking
systems to overcome constraints in their existing
environments and upgrade products and services.
In particular banks are exploring the need for a quick and
efficient way to simplify their architecture in order to
respond more effectively to constantly changing market
conditions. This paper highlights the growing importance
of architecture simplification within the banking industry,
the importance of an effective business architecture
transformation, and the factors that will drive the
simplification process

Aim:
To design the Punjab national headquarter building at
Dwarka

Objective:

To thoroughly understand the requirement of a

Punjab national bank.

To thoroughly study the requirement of property

developed in the premises of P.N.B.

To define the methodology for the thesis project.

To carryout extensive literature review of the P.N.B.
