Sunita Menon was assigned the task of preparing the

operation plan for the next eight weeks for the product
P0110.
The basic problem Menon Faced was deciding how to
produce economically.
After collecting the data (Bill of Materials, Product
Structure Diagram, Master Schedule, On Hand
Inventory, Costs Associated), Menon reached a different
answer for every lot-sizing technique that she applied.
