set the necessary procedures.

STEPS ORGANIZING
According to Stoner (1996), steps in the organizing process
consists of five steps :
1. Detailing all work must be carried out to achieve
organizational goals
2. Divide the workload into activities that logically and
adequately can be done by a person or by a group of people.
3. Combines work of members of the company in a manner
that is logical and efficient
4. Determination of the mechanism to coordinate the work of
members of the organization in a harmonious whole
5. Monitoring the effectiveness of the organization and take
adjustment measures to maintain or increase its
effectiveness.
