woman or a man. If you have been rejected

gender, then you may have suffered sex or

-Approach the person you are having the problem


with to confront him about the situation

how you are to report it.

-Keep a detailed journal to track the incidents as
they occur.

situation does not improve

As a conclusion, gender discrimination is

irrelevant due to the importance of human


resource diversity in the workplace.

regardless the gender were all give their
effort in maximizing organizations
profitability.
