Notice:
(i) Setup poster (plus product if any) by 8a.m and tear down after 5p.m.
(ii) All poster should be exhibited for one whole day.
(iii) All participants should stand by for poster presentation from 9.30a.m. 1p.m. and VVIP tour in
exhibition area at 3.30p.m.
(iv) All participants are invited to the prize giving ceremony starts at 4p.m. at UTeM Hall 1, Ground
Floor, FTK Building, Campus Technology UTeM
(v) Certificate to participation & Cost of poster printing would be bear by students

(i) Engineering (FKEKK, FKE, FKM & FKP)
(ii) Technology (FTMK, FTK & FPTT)
- Total 16 prizes with each category (total: RM4,000)
(i) Gold medal RM750
(ii) Silver medal RM500
(iii) Bronze medal RM250
(iv) 5 consolation prizes RM100 each
How to participate:
- Open to all faculties students with their final year project output / product
- Faculty to screening / shortlist 5 participants per Faculty (Final participants: max=40)
- Deadline for Registration/Submission: 2nd May 2016 (Submit Executive Summary and
Draft Poster A2 saiz, colour, portrait layout and follow some basic format)
- No entry fee. Cost of poster printing would be bear by students
- Project refer/ integrated with industries
