ECONOMY DATA
The Nicaraguan economy started
to show signs of fatigue at the
start of the year after expanding
at the fastest rate since 2012 last
year. GDP expanded 4.1%
annually in Q1, which was well
below Q4s 6.5% growth. The
deceleration mainly reflected
weaker domestic demand.
