environment, person-in-environment, and other
multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks to engage with
clients and constituencies

All clients are not the same, some live different than others so
their home lives are not the same. We do home visits at our
agency because it is important to see individuals in their
personal environment. It gives us a better understand of how
they live and how their environment impacts their behavior.

Use empathy, reflection, and interpersonal skills to

effectively engage diverse clients and
constituencies

We use empathy and reflection because we work with vulnerable

populations and most of them have low self-esteem. We talk to
the families with respect and effectively listen to their needs and
respect the children's wishes.
