ULTRASOUND PELVIS
Uterus is normal.both ovaries could not
appreciated multisepatated cystic leasion
measuring 4.3X2cm (thick septa) is noted in
right illiac fossa vascularity is noted on doppler
US findings are suggestive of right ovarian cyst
