Selection Process

IIFT aims to select an agency with a proven track record in handling high quality souvenir merchandise and ability to fulfil
proposed solutions and meet institutes need.
The evaluation committee will invite interested agencies to make a detailed presentation n their specific proposals.
If there are more than five agencies showing EOI, IIFT will evaluate their credentials based on the details provided and invite
top five Agencies to make presentations to selection committee.
During this shortlisting process IIMA may seek additional details of the Agencys operation plans and may also visit their
existing operations
.

Selection Criteria
Based on the concept,operational plan proposed
and overall solution provided during the
presenation,the agencies will be awarded a score
out of 100,based on the following dimensions
shown.
The agency with the highest score will be
considered for the contract.
Note:
1.IIFT reserves the right reject any EOI as
deemed fit
2.IIFT reserves the right to increase or decrease
the scope of services.

Soft Lines: T-shirts,Hoodies,caps,ties,Hankerchief
sets,wallets,card holders,laptop
cases,watches,umbrellas,key chains.
Hard Lines:calendars,coasters,Diaries,Writing
instruments,table top items,phone cases,Car
accessories.
Paper Products:Cards,Envelopes,File Folders,Stationary.
