Business Model

Business accounts will provide a secured streaming channel,


customized portal, and access to tech support and/or helpdesk for an
additional fee.

Pay-per-view/On-demand event prices will be dictated by the provider and


demand. Veri-go will receive an upcharge on all events.
Games will be freemium. Charges will be incurred according to level of play
or ancillary purchases.
Pay-to-play casino style games will be available. Gamers win credits which
can then be used to purchase products from a list provided by vendors with
whom we have agreements; advertisers and content providers.
First-run feature films prices will be set by the content provider and will be
streamed to markets with no theaters or current distribution agreement.

? Harold E. Whitfield

Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder of Veri-Go


Internet Channel Network. As CEO, Harold will leverage his years of experience and
contacts to ensure every aspect of the business is running at its optimal level. From 2003
until present Harold has served as a consultant to congressional members serving on the
House Ways and Means Committee; assisting with the development of Section 181 a
component in the American Jobs Creation Act, HR-4520. This federal legislation was created
to retain jobs within the entertainment industry from relocating overseas due to competitive
advantages of foreign tax incentives for film and television . During the drafting of this
legislation Harold was a consultant to the. Motion Picture Association of America,
From March 1989 Present Harold was a Senior Media Advisor and Health Editor working for
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention assigned to the Department of Health in
Washington, DC. Harold expanded health care programming through the Office of Cable
Television and Telecommunications establishing a public/private partnerships with local
television stations and securing a strategic partnership with National Broadcasters
Associations NAB resulting in a 70% increase of health education programs on HIV /AIDS,
Cancer, Domestic Violence and Drug Abuse broadcast throughout the Washington
Metropolitan Region. Harold implemented the social marketing initiative via the internet for
the Department of Health expanding information to underserved communities. Managed
600 + employees during this period while issuing and monitoring federal budgets, contracts
and grants awards to government agencies and private contractors and grantees in excess of
1.2 Billion dollars.
Harold served on the board of directors for the University of the District of Columbia, he is a
graduate of University of Southern California, received a Masters degree in business from
Roosevelt University and received and Executive Certificate in International Finance from the
Said School of Business Entrepreneurial Program at the University of Oxford UK.
