Introduction
In the project a web system will be designed with the purpose
of managing
and managing information, making the
information of the driving school faster and more accessible,
according to the requirements requested. The web system is
the central base of operation for the administrative area,
teachers and students.

Phase one

Initiation
In order to improve the current driver school system, both in
the flow of information and in cost optimization, a web
system with a database will be made to facilitate the
recording of information and to make this process more
efficient.

Phase one

Requirements
To find out the needs the company had, we initiated the
requirement gathering process, which was made to the
administrative staff of the drivers school.

Phase two

Planning and Design

For this project we will use the so-called framework, which in
general terms, is a standardized set of concepts, practices
and criteria to focus on a particular type of problem that
serves as a reference, to face and solve new problems of a
similar nature." The frameworks we will use will be 2: Laravel
in its version 5.3 server side and Angular JS in its client side
version 1.5.8

Phase three

Implementation
Once the project finishes its development process, we will
proceed to deploy the web application to the internet.
In order to host the application we will need a hosting
provider.
With the application deployed, every person with a device
with internet will be able to access the site.

Phase four

Monitoring and Control

In order to check the state of the site and the services we
will verify the hosting service each 30 minutes with an
automated process. This process will notify the
development staff about any problem found.

Phase five

Closure
After a trial-period of six months, where we will corroborate
that the site doesnt present any problems, the client will
receive the files of the web site and the full documentation
of the project.

Conclusion
With the estimated schedule and budget approved by the
client and benefits that the projects brings we conclude
that project will be successful.
