HELEN KELLER WAS AN AMAZING WOMEN, SHE WAS BORN 1880 A BUETIFUL LITTLE BABY. WHEN SHE WAS JUST 1 SHE T VERY SICK AND THAT SICKNESS CAUSED

you are talking and the person

Pretend listing- this is when

Word listing- this is when you

are talking and the person
only listens to the words not
the emotions and tone of
voice.

Self centerd listing- this is

when we are talking and the
other person is listening from
there point of view they often
say you think your day is
bad or I know exactly how
you feel.
Judging- this is when you are
talking and the person s
paying attention but the
person is making small
judgments in the back of
there head.

Genuine Listening
this is a higher form of listening witch leads to real
conversation. To do this you need to do 3 things differently.
1. listen with your eyes heart and ears- dont just listen with
your ears, you have to know the body language and tone
that they are showing to you so you understand.
2. stand in there shoes- if you stand in there shoes it can
become a win-win situation. It can help everyone feel
happy and like a winner
3. practice mirroring- think like a mirror dont judge give
advice just listen to the person. It will make the person
think you care about them.

when someone is different
they cant work with them they

cloths, and sometimes family.
When it comes to synergizing

trouble working with a person
that is not as perfect as you
want them to be and you have
