1. Change the top management and hand over the
management to professional in intention of

2. Slowly change the business contribution back to
their expertise which is transportation
3. Sell the fix assets and half of Cipaganti share to
secondary market to gain capital in order to pay
cooperative debt
4. Change the whole brand to regain corporate
brand faith
