grated carrots

HOW TO PREPARE

First,

preheat the oven to moderate (175C /


350F) and grease a tube pan well.

Then,

in alargebowl, cream together the


sugar and oil. Add the eggs and beat fora
fewminutes.

Next,

sift together the flour, cinnamon,


baking soda and salt. Add to the sugar
mixture and mix the carrots.

HOW TO PREPARE
Finally, pour the batter into the tube

pan and bake for about 55 minutes.


When cool, cover with Cream Cheese

Frosting or chocolate cover.
