The cream for the devils chocolate cake 100 g chocolate 125 g butter. 2 egg reds. 75 g powded sugar. 1.Melt the chocolate over boiling water (and keep separate until the end). 2.stir the butter until it becomes light (about 10 min). 3.add egg reds, one at a time, stirring well in between. Add the sugar. Stir for about 5 minutes. Then Stir chocolate with butter cream.
