Product Exception Flow / Requirement

All product exception items must be added to the RFC Z file
Commercialization
Any additional product exception items due to the changes
made during commercialization must be communicated to the
FDD to get an approval per the process protocol
FSR Trial Confirmation
All product exception items must be added to the ZZ RFC
Reminder
No cosmetic allowance for product exception.
No need to communicate every single LU material but material
that has potential product integrity issue only.
