NEUROPHYSIOLOGY

Works in the field of Neuroscience, which is the study,


observing, and research on the neurologic diseases in the
peripheral nervous system.

WHAT IS CLINICAL
NEUROPHYSIOLOGY?

Graduate HAIS with my Associates Degree

Attend Occidental College or Berry College

Major in Clinical Neurophysiology

Will need to get a Bachelors Degree

Need a 3.5GPA or higher to get into the best schools

Need to take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT)

Need to attend Medical school

After 1 year at medical school I need to have done some internships


for experience

Will need to get my Residency, Fellowship, and Licenses

EDUCATION PLAN

I chose this career because I have always wanted to have some


sort of career having to do with the brain and nervous system.
First, I want to have a career in phycology, but I had a lot of
broad options that I couldnt choose one. I then looked up
careers that were in my interest range and I found Clinical
Neurophysiology and Behavioral Phycology. I want to also minor
in Behavioral Phycology

WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS CAREER?

I will study more on how the brain and Peripheral nervous


system works and what disease can affect it. I will also
perform surgeries.
Salary:$74,497 a year as a newbie

$327,789 a year, once I have been in the field for 10 20 years

NEUROPHYSIOLOGIST?

How to prioritize, which will help me a lot in college and in


medical school and life in general
Time Management, this is something that I am still trying my
best to work on because it is in part with prioritizing
Finally, The type of learner I am. Knowing this has helped me a
lot because now know how I learn best and use that way to
study efficiently

WHAT I LEARNED FROM EDUC 1300

In the Personality quiz I was an E-N-F-P, and that means that I


am very social and care about other feeling and I am an
emotional person. The jobs that were best suited to me were,
Phycology, counselor, and social worker. All of these things I
do have interest in.
