Do Different individuals get the same amount?

Our opinion the gang member should not receive any type of compensation
because they put themselves in that predicament and they chose to live that
way.

On the other hand people who arent involved with gang affiliation should get the
some amount of money plus funeral coverage.

The formula of gang violence death

We as a group believe that if it is a non gang member their family should receive
whatever the funeral cost is. If the person who dies is a member of the family and
they support them, they should also receive a flat rate of $10,000.
If a person who is involved in gang violence then they will receive nothing due to
the fact that they put themselves in the line of fire.

Conclusion
Gang violence the war over colors is an issue that has affected many people of the
world. Homicides from gang violence have claimed 37.5 percent of males. There
may be as many as 175,000 to 200,000 gang members in california. There have
been 491 homicides, nearly 7,047 felony assaults, 5,518 robberies and under 98
rapes. We as a community should bring awareness to this issue called gang
violence and put it to an end.
