In this case, the main problem is division
of work within the organisation and also
dispute handling.

In this case, the main characters are :-
Muthuswamy, Departmental Manager.

employee
Neelkanth, 23, newly employed, hard
working and aggressive.
Problem Identification
To identify the problem.
Here the major problem is division of work
within the organisation.
The minor problem is ignorance of dispute
which was noticed and handling it ASAP.

Proper division of work.

It should be made centralized.
