One Pot Pasta

Ingredients
Chicken
Salt + Black Pepper
Oil
Garlic
Onion
Tri-colour Peppers
Marinate
Chicken + salt + black pepper
Chicken stock
Boil hot water, add 500ml of water to
1 cube.
Wash
All the vegetables
Cut + Mince
Mince: Garlic + Onion
Dice: Tri-colour Peppers
Half: Cherry Tomatoes
Tear: Lettuce
Sear chicken
Heat the Pan with some oil
Insert garlic and onion
Before turning brown, insert chicken
Sear chicken.
Once seared, remove just the chicken to a
plate.
Cook pasta
In the same pan, add peppers.
Stir fry peppers for 1 minute.
Add chicken stock, let it heat up for 2
minutes.
Add in pasta, ensure pasta is immerse in liquid.
Cook pasta till al dente.
Completion
Put the chicken back into the pan.
Add cherry tomatoes.
Cook till chicken is cook.
Add the lettuce in
Fold the pasta over the lettuce
Turn off heat, add cheese.
