DEFINATION OF MUSLIM LAW Muslim law,a divine law send by Allah to Prophet Muhammad (PBH),is the result of a continuous process of development till now. Muslim law consists of the express injuction of the Quran,Sunnah an oppinions of jurist. Muslim law is universal and it covers all branches of law such as, civil, criminal, constitutional,commercial which are commonly used for all citizen. WHO IS A MUSLIM As Muslim personal law is applicable to muslim only and therefore we should define the term of Muslim.Muslim can be defined from 2 points view, 1) From the point of theologicians,three conditions shall be fulfilled in order to be a Muslim.these are.. > A Muslim must believe that there is no deity but Allah, > A Muslim must believe in the Prophethood of Muhammad, > A Muslim must believe in the following human actions, namely, * Fard,Sunnah,Mustahab,Mubah,Makruh,Harum.
