DEFINITIONS

Assumptions:
- Are espoused values/beliefs about reality experience
based on what we perceive work effectively and
repeatedly over time.

Group norms:
- are sets of assumptions held by the members of a
group/organization concerning what goal or values
are considered appropriate, right or allowed.
VALUES:

- Are ideals that are important in our lives.


They determine our priorities which we act
on consistently and repeatedly.
Correct Principles

-are like compasses: they are always


pointing the way. And if we know how to
read them, we wont get lost, confused, or
fooled by conflicting voices & values.

Principles dont change or shift. They provide


true north direction to our lives when
navigating the streams of our
environments.
Values are like maps:

Maps are not the territories; they are


only subjective attempts to describe
or represent the territory.
However, when the territory is
constantly changing, when market are
constantly shifting, any map is soon
obsolete.
Values often reflect the beliefs
of or cultural background;

influences
Personal discoveries
Family scripts
Align your personal values
with correct principles and
be liberated from old
perceptions or paradigms.
