cells.
All Cells in Surabaya Area(MBSC_Anteve1, MBSC_Gayungan1,
MBSC_Ketintang1, MBSC_Manyar1, & MBSC_Surabaya 1) have
no more one way adjacent.
HOSR is improve by 9,8% while DL RX Qual(%) is also
improved by +14.88%
Maintained Main KPIs and Traffic after implementation.
