Evaluation Question #1

The production on my final movie uses several different
conventions within iMovie that bring the raw footage to
life and give it shape and mood. Moreover, the use of
sound such as thunder and and the opening of an old
door emphasize the importance of several different parts
of the movie. The movie represents social groups and
issues because the plot of the movie is showing how a
girl is kidnapped and erased of memory. She wakes up in
an unfamiliar environment and does not even recognize
her reflection in the mirror. This leads to an overall
message that kidnapping can happen at any given time
and should be taken seriously. The moral of the story in
my movie was to emphasize how easily and scary such a
situation can occur. The camera work with the several
different shots and angles throughout the movie show
how eerie and scary the feeling of waking up with no
memory really is. It also becomes evident that the
audience should feel sympathy for the seventeen year
old girl victim as she awakens to flashbacks and nothing
