groups ,with each individual
or group trying to gain
acceptance of its view or
objectives or others.

INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS

Interpersonal conflicts

to differences in there goals
and values. It is the most
common And most
recognized conflict.
INTRAGROUP CONFLICTS

Conflicts between two or more


groups in the organization are
know as intragroup conflicts.

CAUSES :-
1. Absence of joint decisions
making.
2. Difference in goals.
3. Difference in perception.
INTERGROUP CONFLICTS

Conflicts between
different group in the
organization are
know as intergroup
conflicts.

Inter-organizational level
conflict occurs between
organizations which are in
some way or the other
dependent upon each
other.

concessions by coming up with a new way to resolve
their differences that leaves them both better off.
Accommodation
one party simply gives in to the other party
Avoidance
twoparties try to ignore the problem and do
nothing to resolve the disagreement

Competition
each party tries to maximize its own gain and has
little interest in understanding the others position

necessary
