OBJECTIVES
To create a registration form for customer,agent,CRO,manager,admin.

The customer form is been validated through the QR scanner by CRO. Forms of
agent,CRO,manager is been validated by admin and the details are stored in database.

KYC form for customer is been created,so that the details is been collected and it is to
be updated in database.
ACCESS RIGHTS
CRO- can access customer and agent details.

Manager-can access customer,agent and CRO details.

Admin-can access customer,agent,CRO and manager details.

QR SCANNER

The customer form is validated through the QR scanner by CRO.

Forms of agent,CRO,manager is been validated by admin.

The decoder sends the information to the admin mobile by scanning the code provided
and thus the details are validated.
KYC FORM

Know Your Client/Customer form is created for the customer and the details are
stored in the database.

Details such as blood group, pan card number, mobile number, nominee name,
bank account details, address, aadhar card number, contact details, POA(Proof of
Address) are stored.
