How to search old PM last execution date

Step 1: Go to SAP, Transaction IW39 (Display PM Orders)

Step 2: Enter the Equipment Tag No. in the Equipment field, enter PM02 in the Order
Type field.

Step 3: Select the Competed check box, and remove the Outstanding & In process
check box.

Step 4 : Remove the dates from the Period field, and then click Execute.

Step 5: Select the Actual Finish Date field and click on Sort in descending order to get
the latest PM at the top.

Step 6: Now review the PMs from top to bottom to find the old PM last execution date.

Based on the last execution of the old PM, and the frequency of the new RCM, the start
date have to be proposed.
 How to check PM task list operations

Step 1: Go to SAP, Transaction IP15 (Display Maintenance Item)

Step 2: Enter either the Maintenance Plan number or the Equipment number in the
respective field, and then click on Execute.

Note: If you are searching for old PMs, please make sur the Maintenance plan active
check box is empty to include the inactive and deleted PMs.

Step 3: Double click on either the Maintenance Plan or Maintenance Item field.

Step 4: Click on the Glasses button at the bottom of the page to display the task list.

Step 5: The detailed operations are displayed including the duration and tasks.

In this way, the old PM task list and the new RCM PM task list can be compared.
