RS is transmitted in all cells , and when the network load is light , the interference of RS received by PDSCH RBs is lower,
while the RS with higher power will interfere data transmission, so PA,PB=(0,0) setting is better;
When the network load is heavy, then its necessary to ensure RS reliability by boosting RS power with 3dB, so PA,PB=(-
3,1) setting is better in heavy network;

PA,PB=(0,0) setting is better in light network while PA,PB=(-3,1) setting is better in heavy network

Neighbor RS channel interference will impact data quality on

serving cell B symbol.

Neighbor data will also be interference to serving RS. Data

demodulation is based on RS channel quality estimation, so
accuracy on RS quality will impact all data sub channel.

High RS mapping to large coverage

When network load is medium and Better throughput experience
Pro above (PRB utilization > 30%), high RS when low load
will help UE on access and mobility
When network load is low (PRB RSRP will be 3dB lower
utilization < 30%), data channel
Con interference is major from neighbor SINR reduce by ~2dB (PDSCH
cell RS channel. High RS will impact data channel SINR remain)
overall DT throughput.

For normal scenario, Pa & Pb = (-3, 1);

for low
NETWORK QUALITY MANAGEMENT PRB utilization scenario and throughput benchmark test scenario, Pa and Pb = (0, 0);

Frequency allocation for 1 MHz = 5 Resource Block (RB) * every RB contain 12 Resource Element (RE)

For 10 MHz, Power 20 W EPRE Type A= 20000mW/(10MHz*5*12)=33.33mW=10log(33.33)=15.22dBm

For 10 MHz, Power 40 W EPRE Type A= 40000mW/(10MHz*5*12)=66.66mW=10log(66.66)=18.23dBm
